Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes from fresh ingredients to consistently high standards
- Supporting your section throughout preparation and busy services
- Working across different areas of the hotel’s extensive kitchen operation
- Developing your skills across both à la carte and banqueting environments
- Working closely with senior chefs and the wider brigade to ensure smooth, efficient services
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a quality à la carte restaurant, hotel or banqueting kitchen
- Has a good understanding of classic cooking techniques and fresh food preparation
- Is comfortable working at pace during busy services
