Your day-to-day will include:
- Taking responsibility for your section within the Michelin-starred kitchen
- Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently exceptional standards
- Working closely with senior chefs throughout preparation and service
- Ensuring your section is organised, prepared and ready for service
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive, focused brigade
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous Chef De Partie experience within a quality fresh-food kitchen
- Ideally has fine dining or luxury hotel experience
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable working within a busy kitchen
