Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Assisting and supporting the General Manager with all restaurant operations
- Assigning duties to the team and observing their performance to ensure it aligns with the restaurant’s established procedures
- Leading, managing and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless service
- Helping the General Manager resolve any guest complaints and implement the restaurant’s service recovery process
- Working closely alongside the restaurant’s award-winning team of chefs to help elevate the food and beverage offering
- Providing outstanding training and development for the front-of-house team
