We are so excited to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their award-winning team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing an unforgettable service to every guest on arrival and throughout their stay.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Receptionist…
- £22,600 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge (Going up in April)
- Live-in accommodation available – £390 per month, including all bills, internet and TV licence
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota basis, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm
- Working 39 hours per week
- Some meals on duty and uniforms provided
Responsibilities as Receptionist…
- Providing 5-star service to every guest, both on the telephone and in person
- Liaising with other departments to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to all guests
- Ensuring all guest queries are handled swiftly and to act as a point of contact for any customer questions
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed guests’ expectations
- Having a keen eye for detail
