You’ll lead and inspire the brigade, champion fantastic produce and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen reflects the quality the property is known for.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team, creating a positive environment where consistently high standards are achieved
- Maintaining an exceptional food offering at 2 AA Rosette level, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and presentation
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create beautifully executed dishes that showcase the very best of the produce available
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring the brigade is fully prepared for each service
- Remaining calm and composed during busy services, communicating effectively with the brigade and wider front-of-house team
You’ll have previous experience as a Head Chef or an accomplished Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step, ideally within a 2 AA Rosette hotel, inn, gastro pub or similar high-quality, food-led environment.
