An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Sales Manager to join an exceptional luxury hotel in the heart of Cardiff.
We are looking for a commercially savvy sales professional who knows the local business landscape, thrives on making connections and has the drive to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.
From corporate accommodation and business meetings to conferences and exclusive events, you’ll play a key role in putting this prestigious property at the forefront of Cardiff’s corporate hospitality scene.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Opening doors to new corporate opportunities and driving revenue growth across the hotel.
- Building valuable partnerships with local businesses and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Making the most of your Cardiff connections to generate leads and secure new accounts.
- Showcasing the hotel’s accommodation, meeting and event offerings to prospective clients.
- Representing the hotel at networking events and developing creative approaches to achieving sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven background in corporate sales, business development or account management.
- A strong, established network within Cardiff’s corporate community is essential.
- A flair for winning new business and developing profitable, long-standing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a confident, commercially minded approach.
- A motivated, results-focused personality. Experience in hospitality or hotel sales would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
