We are recruiting an experienced Senior Chef De Partie for an exceptional private members’ club in London, offering the opportunity to join a large and highly professional culinary team.
The club operates a diverse, premium food and beverage offering, creating an exciting environment for an ambitious chef who wants to work with quality ingredients, develop their skills and be part of a well-established brigade.
You will join a kitchen team of approximately 34 chefs, with services catering for around 100 covers at lunch and 250 covers at dinner. As Senior Chef De Partie, you will play an important role within the brigade, taking ownership of your section whilst helping to maintain the consistency, organisation and attention to detail expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

- £41,000 package plus paid overtime
- Working 45 hours per week over 5 days
- Overtime paid for hours worked above 45 hours
- Early shift: 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Late shift: 3.30pm to 11.30pm
- Paid 30-minute break

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie…
- Taking responsibility for the preparation and running of your section
- Producing consistently high-quality dishes throughout service
- Supporting and guiding more junior chefs within the brigade
- Working closely with Sous Chefs and the wider senior kitchen team
- Helping ensure efficient preparation and service during busy lunch and dinner periods
We are looking for a confident and motivated chef with strong experience in a quality-led kitchen. You may already be working as a Senior Chef De Partie or be an experienced Chef De Partie ready to take the next step in your career.
This position would particularly suit someone coming from a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or private members’ club who enjoys working within a structured brigade and wants to continue progressing within high-end London hospitality.
