- Crafting a variety of picture-perfect seasonal dishes that celebrate the seasons
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
- Going above and beyond to perfect culinary and kitchen management skills
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
- Letting your creative juices flow as you explore fresh, locally sourced ingredients
