With stylish surroundings and a talented, ambitious kitchen team, they are pushing to achieve 2–3 AA Rosettes and are looking for a driven Sous Chef to help lead them on this exciting journey.

Due to the hotel’s location, having your own transport is recommended.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Leading and motivating the brigade alongside the Head Chef
- Driving consistency, creativity and quality across all sections
- Developing junior chefs through training, guidance and support
- Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development and new concepts
