- Accommodation can be provided, either 1 bedroom flat or 2 bedroom cottage locally. These are within walking distance of the restaurant, however, having your own transport would be advantageous.

We are so excited to be working with an aspiring Michelin Star Restaurant that is set in the Suffolk area. They are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef who ideally has experience working in 3 Rosette/1 Michelin Star restaurants to join their team,
As Sous Chef, you will be working alongside an outstanding Head Chef who has experience working in 2 and 3 Michelin Star restaurants. You will have the opportunity to cook with exceptional quality British produce as you take guests on a modern gastronomic journey to remember.
The restaurant can cater for 70 covers but currently is operating at 30-40 covers, but this will increase with the outstanding food, wine & service that is being given. These are exciting times for this restaurant, it’s already been Michelin recommended and the goal is to achieve its first official Michelin Star.
