An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hospitality leader to join the team at a prestigious country house hotel in Surrey as Deputy Restaurant Manager.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within a beautifully designed restaurant that showcases outstanding seasonal British cuisine. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected property that is committed to excellence, staff development, and career progression.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Deputy Restaurant Manager…

  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
  • Ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained
  • Assisting with team training, performance management, and recruitment
  • Helping to drive service excellence and operational efficiency throughout the restaurant

What We’re Looking For…

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Essential experience within a 5-star hotel or equivalent luxury setting
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
