Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Executive Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
- Leading and developing the brigade to maintain world-class standards
- Ensuring precision and consistency in every dish served
- Contributing to menu development and upholding the restaurant’s culinary vision
- Managing stock control, kitchen organisation, and food safety compliance
