Our Client:
Our client operates a beautiful boutique hotel based in Bloomsbury and is currently looking for a full-time hotel receptionist to join their team. The Group comprises luxury apartments and boutique hotels offering high-quality affordable accommodation to their guests and long-stay residents.
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service, has experience using Opera Operating System, and is fast and efficient when it comes to checking in and out. Due to the size of the hotel, this Hotel Reception role will see you working alone during your shift, so you must be a self-starter, have strong time management skills, and can multi-task while also giving the guests personalised friendly, and professional service. There will of course be other members of staff working across the hotel however you will take full ownership of the reception desk.
Salary & Benefits:
- £29,640 per annum (rising to £31,440 after probation)
- 8.00 am to 18.00pm – 5 days on 2 days off
- 28 days Holiday
- Pension scheme
- Bonus Payments which are paid 3 times a year based on company & personal performance
Responsibilities:
- Managing Reception & Front Office
- The day-to-day management of Housekeepers, and Cleaners
- Check In, Check Out
- Exceptional customer service
- Follow all procedures and maintain the high standards in place
- Working with all departments to develop the business and increase guest experience
The Individual:
- Opera experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
- The successful individual must have a “can-do attitude,” be able to multi-task and work to strict guidelines.
- A level of flexibility to work schedule is required and we are looking for someone who is happy to be ready to help or arrange things at any time.
