Head Pastry Chef – Luxury Boutique Hotel

  • £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus £2,500 service charge

This role is based in a boutique hotel located in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for a highly skilled Head Pastry Chef to create a variety of picture-perfect pastries to impress their guests.

Working closely alongside the hotel’s talented Executive Head Chef, you will have full autonomy over the menu and be responsible for running the pastry section of the kitchen. You will be creating a variety of delicious afternoon tea treats to be served to up to 60 guests a day at the hotel.

This is an exciting opportunity to let your creative juices flow as you plan the production and develop seasonal offerings. You will ideally have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
