This boutique estate is celebrated for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus, where produce is often grown on-site and every dish reflects a deep respect for quality and provenance.
They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their passionate brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a kitchen that champions creativity, sustainability, and refined yet honest cooking.

Who you are:
- You have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef De Partie ready to step up
- You’re passionate about seasonal, produce-led cooking
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in every plate
- You thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment and enjoy supporting and mentoring others
- You remain calm and focused during busy services
What you’ll do:
- Support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Help lead service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standard
- Assist with the training and development of junior team members
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Contribute ideas to menus, bringing creativity while respecting the estate’s ethos
