London | Dinner Shifts Only | 40 Hours per Week | £26,450 + Approx. £10,000 Service Charge
We are recruiting for a Commis Waiter to join the team at a Michelin Star Restaurant, an intimate fine-dining restaurant within one of London’s luxury boutique hotels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-standard, professional restaurant environment, working closely with an experienced front and back of house team.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Chef and kitchen team, so a calm approach, strong communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering polished, attentive service and is keen to learn and progress within fine dining.
The package includes:
- £26,450 + Approx. £10,000 service charge per annum on top
- 40 hours per week
- Dinner shifts only
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a respected Mayfair restaurant
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience would be advantageous, although attitude, organisation and a genuine desire to develop within the industry are equally important.
