- £35,816 per annum plus circa £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your own section in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen with the highest standards
- Creating seasonal dishes that reflect sustainability and provenance
- Supporting the kitchen’s smooth day-to-day operation, with some input into menus
- Collaborating closely with suppliers and producers who care as much as you do
