We’re working with a sleek, stylish restaurant set in the heart of Windlesham. Known for its fresh, seasonal menus and buzzing service, the kitchen delivers modern, vibrant dishes to hundreds of happy diners each week, all with a front-row view of the action through its open kitchen.
They’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join their talented brigade of six as they continue to grow their reputation for top-quality food and fast-paced service.

- Up to £38,000 per annum plus £8,000 to £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections during service and stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence
- Helping manage a busy kitchen, doing up to 320 covers a day
- Getting involved in exciting pop-up street food events, showcasing your creativity in a more casual, high-energy setting
- Maintaining excellent standards of prep, hygiene, and organisation
- Mentoring junior chefs and helping keep team morale high during fast-paced shifts
