We are delighted to continue assisting an excellent group of gastropubs and restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments, a premium steakhouse set in a charming area of Bristol, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented team of 6.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…

  • £30,000 per annum plus £15,000 service charge and a 15% incentive
  • Full healthcare

  • Helping lead a talented team of 6 chefs
  • Cooking with the best local prime cuts and fresh produce

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of high-quality dishes using the finest local prime cuts
  • Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
  • Helping lead, motivate and manage the kitchen brigade of 6
