Your culinary prowess will be the centrepiece of a memorable dining experience.
With over 160 weddings held annually and events accommodating more than 200 guests, this role presents an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity. As Sous Chef, you’ll take the lead in curating gourmet tasting menus, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, ensuring an exceptional culinary journey for all.
