We are delighted to now be assisting an elite 5 star hotel located in the heart of London. They are looking for an efficient Engineering Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their Engineering department.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Engineering Administrator…

  • £39,000 to £42,000 per annum plus circa £2,000 to £7,000 service charge
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities as the Engineering Administrator…

  • Maintaining the purchase order system, including liaising with suppliers, seeking quotations, maintaining a budget control file and processing invoices for payment.
  • Carrying out word processing and maintaining data spreadsheets to maintain communications and records with other departments; internal communications and external communications including contractors, consultants, government bodies and others.
  • Creating a professional, friendly and well-maintained working environment.
  • Having an attitude of confidentiality concerning departmental data and information.
  • Seeking opportunities to improve the profitability of the department.
