We are so excited to be assisting a beautiful luxury 4-star hotel nestled within a stunning estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to create a variety of delicious dishes to be served across multiple award-winning food outlets.
You will have access to the finest locally sourced ingredients, some of which are grown in their very own kitchen garden!
You will need 3 Rosette or Michelin Star experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

- £37,689 per annum plus service charge = circa £41,000 package

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Creating a wide array of high-quality dishes to be served across multiple outlets, from a la carte dishes to tasting menu items
- Working closely alongside the hotel’s highly skilled Head Chef to ensure a smooth running kitchen operation and unforgettable dishes
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
- Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
