With a strong focus on seasonal cooking, the kitchen takes pride in using the finest locally sourced ingredients. They are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support and elevate their talented brigade.

- £35,000 per annum plus tips
- Working 5 days per week, 45 hours
- A mix of split and straight shifts with the latest finish of 10pm

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading a small, passionate kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards.
- Taking a hands-on role in preparing seasonal, locally sourced dishes that showcase the best of British gastropub dining.
- Contributing to menu development by bringing fresh ideas and maintaining a creative, ingredient-led approach.
- Upholding excellent food hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and well-organised kitchen environment.
- Training and mentoring junior team members, helping to develop their skills and confidence in a supportive setting.
