With a focus on precision, creativity, and an exceptional guest experience, this fine dining destination offers a 50-cover restaurant, a private dining space, and an exclusive chef’s table.

  • £40,000 per annum plus £8,000 to £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

  • Supporting the Executive Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Leading and developing the brigade to maintain world-class standards
  • Ensuring precision and consistency in every dish served
  • Contributing to menu development and upholding the restaurant’s culinary vision
  • Managing stock control, kitchen organisation, and food safety compliance
