Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and mentoring junior chefs to maintain Michelin-star standards
- Creating and executing seasonal dishes using the finest local ingredients
- Managing stock control, ordering and food costs effectively
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety and consistency
- Stepping up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
