This recently opened 1-Michelin-Star, Mediterranean Restaurant is one of the coolest restaurants in London today! Serving up to 120 covers per service, they are looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for running the pass and creating seriously tasty, innovative dishes.
You must have worked within Michelin-starred kitchens previously.

- £47,000 to £50,000 DOE, including tronc
- 7 shifts over 4 days, 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Running the pass
- Overseeing junior chefs, reporting to the exceptional Head Chef
- Cooking to an extremely high level, whilst overseeing all the MEP
- Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
- You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a top-class restaurant
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Sous Chef to further progress in their culinary career, as you will be working alongside a talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade who are willing to share their culinary knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the training and progression opportunities!
