We are delighted to be collaborating with a premium brasserie nestled in the heart of Kent. They are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their team and create a variety of tasty dishes with a focus on steak and seafood culinary delights.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Senior Sous Chef…

  • £45,000 to £48,000 package per annum

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of delicious dishes for 1200 to 1500 covers per week
  • Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to a team of 15 chefs/porters
  • Assisting in the creation of new and enticing menu items as well as ordering, rotas and more
  • Taking a hands-on approach and creating a positive working environment
  • Making the most of the restaurant’s access to high-quality ingredients
