They are now looking for a Senior Reservations Agent who understands that every interaction shapes the entire stay.
Who You Are…
You already have a strong foundation within 4 or 5-star hotel reservations and take pride in delivering a polished, professional service.

You don’t just process bookings…
You create trust, excitement, and confidence from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Handling phone, email and online enquiries simultaneously
- Managing reservations, amendments, cancellations and confirmations
- Working with room types, rates and guest profiles (OPERA or similar PMS preferred)
- Ensuring every guest interaction is accurate, personalised and seamless
You’ll also work closely with internal teams across the business to ensure guest expectations are exceeded before arrival.
