This role could be suitable for an Assistant General Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Or an experienced General Manager with experience in directing a talented team. You will be supported by the Operations Director so there is plenty of room for development.

- Leading, motivating and managing the restaurant team and creating a positive working environment
- Offering high-quality training and development to enhance the service in the restaurant
- Providing performance feedback to team members and supporting their career progression
- Being proactive in progressing the business and going above and beyond to set the restaurant apart from competitors
- Showcasing outstanding organisation skills for tasks such as creating the rota
