They are now looking for a passionate and hands-on General Manager to lead their talented team of 20 to 25 hospitality professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager ready to take the next step, who thrives in a service-led environment and is committed to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities as the General Manager…
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of 20 to 25 to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Being a visible and hands-on presence on the restaurant floor, leading by example during service
- Creating a positive and professional working environment that encourages growth and high performance
- Delivering structured training and development to continually enhance service standards
- Managing rotas, labour costs and day-to-day operational performance
This role would suit someone with experience in a similar style of refined, service-focused restaurant. Longevity within previous roles will be highly valued, alongside a genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
