This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. The Receptionist should be familiar with Opera PMS.

- £24,500 per annum plus £9,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Receptionist…
- Providing exceptional customer service to every guest, both on arrival and throughout their whole stay
- Showcasing excellent knowledge of the Opera PMS system
- Ensuring all questions and queries are answered and handled swiftly
- To act as a point of contact for all guests to ensure a consistent 5-star service
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed guests’ expectations
