They are currently seeking a friendly and accommodating Receptionist to join their dedicated front-of-house team of five.
You will have experience using Guestline and at least 3 years of experience working as a Receptionist in luxury hotels.

- Up to £24,750 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge and an annual bonus of up to £1,800
- Working 5 days per week, 40 hours
- Shift patterns – 7am to 3pm, 10am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm

Responsibilities as a Receptionist…
- Greeting guests with a warm, genuine smile
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency
- Ensuring all guest questions and queries are handled with the utmost discretion and care
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handling all administrative tasks with attention to detail
