They are in search of a highly skilled Production Sous Chef to join their dynamic team in the production kitchen. Your role will involve crafting an array of unforgettable, high-quality dishes that are sure to leave a lasting impression on attendees at a diverse range of exclusive, intimate, and large-scale events.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Production Sous Chef…
- £45,000 per annum + profit bonus (up to £3,000) + overtime on weekends (£5,000 on average)
- Working mainly Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with on average 1 night a week working
- Working on average 1 to 2 weekends per month, paid or time back in lieu
Responsibilities as the Production Sous Chef…
- Assisting the Head Chef in running the kitchen during a wide array of high-volume and exclusive events
- Creating a variety of consistently high-quality dishes made using the very best seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients
- Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Creating unique menu items inspired by global cuisines and trends
