Responsibilities as the Operations Manager…
- Supporting departments in delivering award-winning experiences for all guests
- Identifying training needs within the team through observation and customer feedback and developing appropriate training plans
- Ensuring the team is familiar with the products and services available across the resort and encouraging them to proactively upsell to guests
- Holding regular meetings to ensure the team are well informed of any changes or developments within the department
- Getting creative and thinking of new and innovative concepts to introduce at the hotel
