- You are an experienced Chef De Partie who has previously worked in the kitchen of luxury properties, such as award winning restaurants and hotels
- You have the ability to run a section confidently
- You enjoy training new and junior staff as it will be your responsibility to oversee some chefs in your section.
- You are a Chef De Partie with a passion for the industry and getting creative in the kitchen
- You are eager to progress in your culinary career
