- £44,000 per annum package
- Paid overtime – hourly pay
- 64-hour contract, working 5 days per week

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest Michelin-level standards
- Maintaining exceptional organisation, cleanliness and food safety
- Working closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day service
- Supporting the development of junior chefs
We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who…
- Has experience within Michelin-starred kitchens
- Demonstrates excellent technical ability and attention to detail
- Has a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients and refined cooking
- Remains calm and organised under pressure
- Is eager to learn, develop and progress within an elite culinary environment
