Your day-to-day will include:

- Overseeing the smooth delivery of a busy restaurant service alongside weddings, conferences and private events
- Working closely with senior management to ensure consistently high food standards across all services
- Managing rotas, stock control, ordering, GP and labour costs
- Training and mentoring junior chefs to help them develop their careers
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a proven background in quality fresh food kitchens with high-volume service
- Is experienced in delivering weddings, banqueting or large-scale events
- Is a natural leader who inspires, develops and supports their team
- Takes genuine pride in delivering consistently high standards
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel where no two days are the same. If you’re looking for a role that combines quality food, large-scale events and the chance to lead a talented kitchen team, we’d love to hear from you.
