- £38,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
- Taking responsibility for sections and supporting the team during busy services
- Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and standards
- Contributing ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes
- Supporting the training and development of junior team members
