As the Head Chef, you will enjoy complete creative freedom over their seasonal vegan menu, crafted from the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients. This presents an exceptional and distinctive opportunity to unleash your creativity, curating a delightful array of vegan culinary wonders that tantalize both the palate and the senses of over 100 guests on the weekends.

Beyond a focus on flavour, the Gastropub embraces a minimal-waste ethos in presenting its fully plant-based menu.
