We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a wonderful group of gastropubs and restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments, a premium steakhouse set in a charming area of Bristol, is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead their talented kitchen brigade of 6 to success.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

  • £40,000 per annum plus £15,000 service charge
  • Full healthcare
  • Uniform/whites provided
  • Leading a talented team of 6 chefs
  • Cooking with the best local prime cuts and fresh produce

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

  • Creating a variety of stunning dishes using the finest local prime cuts
  • Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
  • Leading, motivating and managing the kitchen brigade of 6

This Head Chef role presents an exciting opportunity to elevate your kitchen management skills with the support of a great team. You’ll also have the chance to create a variety of innovative dishes using the finest local prime cuts and fresh produce.
