Our client is a family-run luxury boutique hotel overlooking the breathtaking Jurassic Coast. Home to a beautiful restaurant serving dishes made with the best, locally sourced ingredients, they are looking for a Head Chef to lead their talented team of 5.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

  • £40,000 per annum
  • Live in accommodation – £280 per month
  • Working alongside a highly skilled team of 5
  • Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

  • Creating a variety of delicious modern British dishes using the very best, locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fish
  • Going above and beyond to elevate the menu and food offering of the restaurant
  • Showcasing your kitchen management skills and promoting a positive working environment
  • Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen

As the hotel often runs special events such as themed evenings and BBQs, this role presents an unmissable opportunity to get creative in the kitchen as you develop menu items and explore different flavour combinations.
