Head Chef – 2 Rosette Restaurant

We are so excited to continue collaborating with a luxury boutique hotel based in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the small but mighty team of their 2 Rosette restaurant.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…

  • £40,000 per annum (negotiable) plus a 10% bonus and £3,500 service charge
  • Working all straight shifts – 45 hours per week
  • Christmas off (23rd to 26th)
  • Two weeks off in January (1st to 14th)
  • Full menu autonomy
  • Leading the team as they push for 3 Rosettes

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

  • Creating a variety of delicious dishes which celebrate sustainability and the restaurant’s “farm to fork” ethos
  • Letting your creative juices flow as you make the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Helping create a positive working environment as the team pushes for 3 Rosettes
  • Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
  • Showcasing your kitchen management skills and encouraging excellence

The team is currently working towards being awarded an impressive 3 Rosettes; therefore they are looking for a highly experienced Head Chef to take the dishes served in their fine dining restaurant to the next level.
