They are looking for a creative and passionate Head Chef who will bring in fresh and exciting ideas while teaching and training the team.The establishment has a focus on fresh local produce and offers a relaxed dining experience, as well as a separate dining room for private events (up to 15 guests).

- £40,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge
- Paid overtime
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes from the gastropub’s ever-changing seasonal menus
- Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
