With 86 covers and a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, this is a concept-driven space where fresh seafood and vibrant Mediterranean flavours take centre stage.
They are on the lookout for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen, shape the menu, and bring the vision to life.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head Chef…
- £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Collaborating closely with the owner to maintain an outstanding menu
- 7 shifts across 5 days – a rare balance in a senior role
Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Designing and delivering a fresh, seafood-focused Mediterranean and Italian menu that celebrates quality produce and seasonal flavours
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, setting high standards
- Overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations and maintaining a smooth, well-organised service
- Managing food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Upholding all food safety and hygiene standards
You’ll need to bring previous experience in high-end kitchens, strong leadership skills, and a real passion for Mediterranean and seafood cuisine. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins in an exciting, upscale concept and make your mark on the London dining scene.
