We’re working with a stunning, luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds near Broadway, known for its beautifully curated interiors, elegant brasserie, and warm, personable service. They’re now on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their passionate team and help deliver memorable guest experiences across breakfast, the bar, and the brasserie.

- Up to £32,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge
- Accommodation available (£70 per week)

Responsibilities as the F&B Supervisor…
- Supervising the brasserie and breakfast teams to uphold exceptional service standards
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager and stepping up in their absence
- Helping lead and inspire a small, close-knit team
- Supporting the bar team as required and maintaining high beverage standards
- Contributing to stock management and ordering across the department
- Developing both your own skills and your team’s through ongoing training and coaching
About you:
- You’ll have at least 2 years of experience in a similar F&B Supervisor role
- You’re passionate about great service, with a strong knowledge of food, wine, and British spirits
- You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy being part of a supportive, ambitious team
- You’re confident managing a shift and keeping service smooth from start to finish
