We are currently assisting a delightful luxury boutique hotel set in the stunning scenery of the Cotswolds. They are searching for a Chef De Partie to join a highly skilled kitchen bridge who have been awarded 2 Rosettes for their culinary excellence.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £33,500 per annum (Increasing to £34,500 after a 3-month probation period) plus circa £3,000 service charge
- Staff accommodation (£69.93 per week)
- Working 5 days per week (4.5 days, during quieter periods)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Creating a wide array of delicious dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Gaining invaluable culinary knowledge from the more senior chefs in the kitchen
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed the expectations of guests
- Showcasing excellent communication and teamwork skills
