We’re working with an established luxury boutique hotel group to find a talented Chef De Partie for one of their characterful London properties.
This hotel is known for its unique personality, stylish interiors, and a strong focus on quality-led, seasonal food. The kitchen delivers a relaxed yet refined all-day dining experience, alongside a busy and creative events programme, offering plenty of variety day to day.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
- £15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
- 40-hour contract with paid overtime (typically around 45 hours per week)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your section and delivering consistently high standards

- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team culture
