A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a thriving Italian restaurant near Newbury. This is an ideal role for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a busy kitchen focused on authentic Italian cooking and high-quality ingredients.
The restaurant serves 500 to 600 covers per week and has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional food alongside warm hospitality. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values hard work, positivity and consistency.
Due to the restaurant’s location, you must be able to drive.

- £33,000 per annum plus a guaranteed £8,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Running your section confidently during service
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive team environment
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
We’re looking for…
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
- A passion for Italian food and quality ingredients
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
