As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll take charge of delivering a standout morning menu, setting the tone for an exceptional day. You’ll be running your section confidently, creating dishes that highlight the very best ingredients and provide guests with a memorable start to their day.

- £31,200 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
- Live-in accommodation available at £40 per week

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef…
- Managing the breakfast kitchen section, consistently producing dishes to a high quality
- Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, including produce from the on-site market garden
- Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with stock rotation, daily prep, and sharing ideas to enhance the breakfast offering
