Part of an acclaimed hospitality group, this stylish 4-star hotel combines character, comfort, and exceptional service. As Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering a standout breakfast experience, ensuring guests start their day with beautifully prepared dishes and first-class hospitality.

- £15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
- 40 hour contract with paid overtime
- 6:30am to 3pm shift pattern
- Working in a modern, well-equipped kitchen

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef…
- Taking ownership of the breakfast service and ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard
- Cooking a range of fresh breakfast dishes using quality seasonal ingredients
- Organising and preparing mise en place to ensure an efficient service
- Assisting with kitchen preparation for later services when required
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience
