We are so excited to be assisting a beautifully historic wedding and events venue located in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a charismatic Bar Manager, who likes the sound of having full autonomy over their extensive drinks menu, to lead their team of 10, plus seasonal staff, to success.
You will need your own mode of transport due to location.

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…
- Getting creative and carefully curating new drinks to add to the menu
- Delegating tasks effectively and training staff to meet the venue’s high standards of excellence
- Taking charge of stock control for all bar products
- Leading from the front and showcasing a highly enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Staying calm and collected through peak periods and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager who has previously worked in high-volume bars or restaurants and is looking for a challenge to let their creativity shine through.
