His culinary journey began in 1974 as a Commis Chef at The Percy Arms Hotel while studying at South Shields and Westminster Colleges.🍽️⭐️ He advanced through top roles, including Chef de Cuisine at the Royal Garden Hotel and Chef Director at Restaurant Le Crocodile. Joining the Savoy Group in 1986, he spent 18 years in key positions like Premier Sous Chef at Claridge’s and Maitre Chef des Cuisines at The Berkeley, later returning to Claridge’s as Maitre Chef des Cuisines in 1995 for 9 years.🙌🏼 In 2004, John became Executive Chef at The Ritz London, overseeing The Ritz Restaurant, The Palm Court, and The Rivoli Bar.
