We’re looking for an experienced Talent & Development Manager to join a prestigious hospitality business based in the heart of Mayfair. Working closely with managers across the business, you’ll take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives, helping to shape a positive employee experience and support long-term organisational success.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
- Developing and implementing effective attraction and talent acquisition strategies
- Creating engaging onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
- Identifying training and development needs across departments
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives
- Supporting managers with talent management, employee development, and succession planning activities
- Monitoring recruitment, onboarding, and training metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Producing reports and analysing HR data to support decision-making
- Promoting employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture
- Championing equality, diversity, inclusion, and best practice throughout the employee lifecycle
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Talent & Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or similar HR-focused role
- Hospitality industry experience is essential, with hotel experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, learning, and development best practices
- Proven ability to design and deliver successful training and development programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation abilities
- Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach with experience using HR systems and reporting tools
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous
- CIPD Level 7, leadership development, organisational development, or succession planning experience would be beneficial but is not essential
